The Shubin Family Maternity Session • Austin Maternity Photographer

Kids, Maternity

This beautiful family was SO much fun to photograph. I like to have a little fun during my sessions and take silly photos every once in a while… theirs is just too cute! We even got some lovey-dovey photos of mom and day, AND incorporated dad’s bronco! Their maternity session was in March, and now they have an adorable baby brother to show off. We did his newborn photos this morning, so be sure and keep an eye out for his sneak peek on the Savvy Images Blog soon!Savvy Images Maternity Photos

SXSW Randomness Keeping Austin Weird

Events

We set out on a three day adventure to soak in as much of Austin’s infamous SXSW as we possibly could. After shooting KGSR’s SXSW Live Morning Broadcast each morning, we sought out endless shows and even more weird sightings. I’d say it was a huge (and incredibly fun) success! And needless to say, Austin is definitely still weird! You can check out a bit of our adventure in the photos below.

KGSR SXSW Concert Series

Events

I am SO glad that I had the opportunity to see and take so many great photos at the KGSR SXSW Morning Broadcast Concert Series at the W Hotel here in Austin (click here to see a list of each days music line up).  For a $5 donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas, folks got to enjoy a tasty breakfast snack and 4-hours of exclusive, live interviews and performances from featured SXSW artists!   I was introduced to MANY amazing new (to me) artists and have since drastically improved my music library. Click here to see live video of some of the performances from the concert series.

Loyal KGSR fans… the first, second and third in line every morning!

It’s clear that you had to get there early to get a good seat in this packed house!

A Belly Bump and Lots of Love | Austin Maternity Photographer

Maternity

This maternity shoot was filled with lots of love (both literally and figuratively)! Jovhanna and Brian were a blast to work with and we got SO many great shots! This blog was ready to go up at just the right time because the little guy was born at 4:49 this morning. I can’t wait to meet him for his first photo shoot in a couple of days!
